The very small wineries (annual production 1000 – 4999 cases) are estimated to have a share of 66% of wine sector population in Australia. This winery is located in Dixons Creek, among wineries around it. Jumy Estate purchased the winery and have been running it successfully. We were engaged to work on the business plan and the cellar door design. Cellar door, own winery restaurant, pleasant winery experiences, organised events, a website, wine club, social media, and a good customer relationship management system will be used for the success of Jumy Estate winery. The Cellar door is designed to create a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere, with a series of spaces consisting of  wine ageing and storage space (in oak barrels), restaurant, wine tasting bar, children’s play area, performance stand, wine display shelves and outdoor dining area.
